We are proud to present the AAVSB Veterinary Medicine Practice Act Model with Comments. The Practice Act Model contains language that defines the procedures of the regulatory board, and provides Member Boards with the most current regulatory language covering a host of issues facing veterinary medicine regulatory boards today. These include telemedicine and the Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR), government oversight language as a result of North Carolina Dental Board vs SCOTUS case, and requirements for medical records.
