About Leadership & Governance at the AAVSB

AAVSB Member Boards appoint voting Delegates, who then elect the Board of Directors and address key association issues during the Annual Meeting & Conference. Additionally, the Board of Directors is primarily responsible for the governance of the organization. Furthermore, committees and task forces play a vital role in shaping and driving the programs and services of the AAVSB.
